30-Day Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Unopened Games
Unopened, unused games are eligible for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Opened or Used Games
All opened/used games are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No exceptions. 

Return Inspection
All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt. Flyball reserves the right to refuse or deny a return if the product is returned in poor condition, has excessive wear or damage, is missing components, or cannot be reasonably restored for resale.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at info@flyballgame.com within 48 hours so we can take a look and make it right. We stand behind our products and will work with you to resolve any manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or fulfillment errors at no additional cost to you.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email info@flyballgame.com within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your order.
